LeadsON

Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

These terms govern your use of LeadsON. They are written in plain language because you should actually read them.

What LeadsON does

LeadsON is a done-for-you outbound system that delivers qualified discovery meetings to independent operators and professional service firms. We handle outbound prospecting, qualification, and meeting booking on your behalf.

We deliver one thing: qualified discovery meetings with the right person at the right time.

The Deal Flow Diagnostic

The Deal Flow Diagnostic is a $5,000, 7-day engagement. It delivers:

  • 240 qualified prospects scored, prioritized, and ready to contact
  • Rewritten offer tested against 3 real prospect profiles from your universe
  • Complete outbound system including a 90-day execution playbook with email sequences, LinkedIn approach, phone scripts, and personalization guide

You keep everything regardless of whether you continue. If you do continue to ongoing delivery, $2,500 of the diagnostic fee applies as credit toward your first month.

Ongoing delivery

After the diagnostic, you may engage LeadsON for ongoing guaranteed delivery of qualified discovery meetings. This service operates in two phases:

Phase 1 — Readiness. We set up your sending domains, calibrate your voice, validate your ICP, configure your qualification protocol, and commission the system. This is irreversible setup work billed as a one-time retainer. Typical duration is 2–6 weeks.

Phase 2 — Delivery. We deliver guaranteed qualified discovery meetings measured as SLA-Eligible Discovery Calls (SEDCs). The guarantee clock starts at the SLA Start Date, which is the Production Start Date plus a 7-day latency buffer to allow outbound time to mature into booked meetings.

How delivery is measured

A discovery meeting counts as an SEDC only if all four conditions are met:

  1. Protocol pass. The prospect matches your agreed qualification criteria, verified algorithmically before booking.
  2. Meeting booked. Calendar event confirmed and logged.
  3. Meeting attended. The prospect shows up and engages for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Delivery confirmed. You submit a binary verdict: yes (prospect matched the agreed profile and was in genuine position to need your service) or no (with reason code). No third option.

If any condition fails, the meeting does not count toward your commitment. It is replaced at our cost.

The guarantee

If we commit to a number of SEDCs and fall short in any 30-day measurement window, the shortfall automatically rolls forward to the next window. Same price. Actual delivery. At our cost. Not yours.

No credits. No negotiation. We absorb the makeup delivery cost.

Rollover ceiling: If the cumulative rollover reaches 1.5x your monthly commitment, you may terminate immediately without penalty. An alert is triggered at 1.0x with a documented remediation plan.

The risk stays with us.

Default verdict

If you do not submit your delivery verdict within 48 hours of a meeting, the meeting is provisionally treated as delivered (yes). You may dispute within a 7-day window via the weekly Truth Packet report.

What we do not guarantee

LeadsON guarantees qualified conversations only. We do not guarantee closed deals, revenue outcomes, or prospect behavior after the meeting. Our liability is limited to delivery of the agreed number of SEDCs per the measurement criteria above.
